This service project is in our neighborhood.
5 minutes south of The Academy Hotel. Courageous Love is a ministry that serves children who have experience in the foster system, group homes, or safehouses. Volunteers will be sorting and organizing donated items to prepare them for local foster agencies. There are still spots open on the afternoon of Friday, Oct 2.
Bethany’s First Prayer Meeting!
As part of Fall CityServe, they have slots people can sign up for just to take shifts praying over the city and all the service projects going on. While the other slots are filling up fast, almost all the prayer slots are currently empty. With our pillar of Adoration and our emphasis on prayer, I would love to see Bethany folks pack out the prayer sessions. What a humble, simple way for a new church plant to join in with this city-wide initiative, bathing it all in prayer. There are three one-hour-long shifts available, Saturday morning down at Boulder Street Church. Signup links below.
